The TAMA 38 demolition and construction project is set to replace two residential buildings from the 1970s, which contain 12 residential units of various sizes. In place of the buildings to be demolished, a new structure will be constructed that upgrades the environment and enhances the living experience for residents, featuring 40 residential units across nine floors. The project also includes a ground floor with a large and inviting lobby and two basement levels designated for parking and technical facilities.
פרויקט תמ”א 38 להריסה ובנייה מתוכנן להחליף שני מבני מגורים קיימים משנות ה-70, אשר מכילים 12 יחידות דיור בגדלים שונים. במקום המבנים שייהרסו, יוקם בניין חדיש שישדרג את הסביבה ואת חוויית המגורים של הדיירים, עם 40 יחידות דיור ב-9 קומות. בפרויקט כלול גם קומת קרקע עם לובי גדול ומפנק, וכן 2 קומות מרתף המיועדות לחניה ולמתקנים טכניים.
