TAMA 38 demolition and reconstruction project. An existing residential building from the 1970s with six residential units of various sizes will be demolished, and in its place, a new building will be constructed, upgrading the surroundings and providing residents with a new and modern living experience. The new building will feature 19 residential units across 9 floors, a ground floor with a large and luxurious lobby, and 3 basement floors for parking and technical facilities.

במקום המבנה המיועד להריסה ייבנה מבנה הכולל 19 יח”ד ב-9 קומות מגורים, קומת קרקע עם לובי גדול ומפנק ו-3 קומת מרתף לחניה ומתקנים טכניים.
